The medical is pretty good compared to other places, flexible work environment, and fair salary.
Medical plan is effective and affordable
11 paid holidays, ample vacation and flexibility in schedule. Also, something called Disability Sick Leave (DSL) which accrues over time and pays you at 100% salary should you need to take any extended medical leave. Typical disability insurance pays either 50% or 66% of your salary.
the basic annual salary every year

The HEALTH AND WELLNESS benefit it's truly a blessing.
PTO and 401K match is good
Flex schedules. As long as you complete 80 hours in a pay period you are welcome to take time off without utilizing PTO
Review from Finance Dept
The best part is I don't need them. I'm retired from another company that covers my benefits - except workman's comp / disability.

Benefits and discounted stock options
medical dental pto and legal
Review from IT Dept
10% stock discount is nice. The Vanguard 401k is great for options and low fees.
Stock program and health insurance
The medical benefits and options. I hear our retirement plan is really great too, and I'm not sure about it yet. But I am utilizing it, just have to read up on it more.
Pto and work schedule flexibility
I have options to modify my compensation package
I guess having one period.
The fairness and cost of it.
Base salary was really good
Breadth, options, transparency, and generous.
high end of market rates
Compensation is not correlated to performance. You might as well just coast while working here and improving your skills, or earning experience for a better job elsewhere.
Pay at the industry standard
I would appreciate more conversation about salary. It's only discussed once a year and then decisions are handed down, without discussion. Management decides, gets it approved before telling you. Raises are hard to get as well...
How about a cost of living that actually matches the real cost of living!!
Compensation is low relative to industry competitors and benefits are lackluster and are being cut.
give at the very least cost of living increases with my annual review. I got less with all glowing reviews.
The years I worked for them I never got a pay raise, and I was cheated out of hours I put in to train in on a project. I'd be happy to have some work, hours again, and a pay raise. But this will never happen even though I did a good job for them.
Krone tries to maintain morale and motivate employees through videos, but the actual leadership shows a value of profits over people.
Leidos always seeks reasons to avoid giving raises, economy is down, no raise. Economy is up, still no raise. Stock and 401K is based on having free income to take advantage of. So higher ups benefit, but most standard workers can't afford to buy stock options or get full matching.

If my compensation were in line with the work I am expected to take on.
Review from Operations Dept
I know of people with less experience and skills who are paid more (male)
Provided higher quality work, and did the equivalent of 2-3 employees. Leidos will never recognize such work. Doing so would mean having to give better raises or compensation. Management is trained to pick a small item to always push down reviews. Benefits are meager. Flexibility is very limited.

Compensation does not match industry standards
