What did you like most about the interview process?

That everything they promised was truthful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone just getd along. The company encourages fun and excitement in the teams.

What makes you most happy at work?

My coworkers are number one. But our patients can become our friends, we know eachother and they come back every year usually a few times. So you get to build actual relationships with people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The direct managers ive had have been wonderful. Strong successful women. Its be neat to have so many female leaders to work for and with. I hope i see more of them in the top of our zones.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Theres a ton of engagement with your team in store, but also in the region. I know there is always someone to help when you need it. You dont have to rely on one person when you need help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like a better 401k match, i'd love to see our old bonus structure come back. im doing my part and more in the store sales it was nice to feel adequately paid for succeeding the sales goals.
