What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's beyond flat. It's so incredible that I don't feel like I have a boss. I just have someone who checks in periodically and is there to help if I need them
Super high level of transparency from the top down. Whether it's a new breakthrough, challenge or roadblock, employees are the first to know

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits. #1 Benefits in Boston 100% (minus the obvious Googles/Facebook).
Benefits are top notch - I feel like LevelUp truly cares about their employees and focuses on making this a great place to build a career

What are some of the best things about your team?
I'M OBSESSED!! There is no company with better people than LevelUp. I'm serious. So smart and INTERESTING and diverse. I love love my coworkers - they're family.
Team members hold each other to high standards, openly encourage collaboration and embrace new skills and responsibilities.
Everyone is so helpful and eager to learn and make our product better. They push you to do your best and to grow as a person and employee.
These people are the reason I'd rather go into my office than work from home everyday.\n\nI miss them on Saturdays.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I see high ratings of company culture on these sites I always laugh seeing some of the big boys in Boston...there's no frat nonsense LevelUp unlike other companies. Genuinely incredible people of diverse backgrounds, genders, orientations and more and it's organically inclusive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The office dog. Snacks. People. Relaxed working environment. Laughing all day.
Being able to solve problems with other highly driven, talented team members that help me grow personally and professionally everyday
