People genuinely care about doing high-impact, quality work. You don't wonder if the person next to you is working as hard as you.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing the progress we make every day and no day is the same. I feel challenged and I feel excited to see my impact make a difference in the customers we serve, the products we build, and the people we hire.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved how much the recruiter cared about me and how much she focused on me and my experience. I wasn't just someone that was going to fill the role--she thought this was the best place for me and she showed me each time we talked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know how my compensation and total rewards are calculated--I know it's not a number that's pulled out of a hat. I know that I am in control--through my own performance--of my compensation and I trust the powers that be that drive our compensation philosophy to act with fairness and reason.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fellow Leveroos really want to add value to their own teams and to the broader team, too. There's no feeling of "this isn't my responsibility;" instead, people can be expected to do something about an inefficiency or lack of process: they solve it themselves and they feel empowered to do so.
