Really positive, sometimes to a fault. A place where failure is a part of learning.

Super positive, even when we miss numbers. Everyone is confident in what we're doing, and that we're doing it "right"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid Insurance & 401k benefits for such a small company. I wish they gave additional stock grants - people want to get even more invested in the company!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Super thoughtful, and miss the mark sometimes, but are honestly & authentically invested in becoming better, and learning as they move forward. It's tough to scale a company this quickly, and their intent & execution is admirable.
