What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusive, thoughtful people. Lever rewards people to make sure everyone has a seat at the table and all voices are heard. Nice change from many tech companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been so impressed with their openness to new ideas, and even to admitting when they're wrong. We've been able to get so much done because there is no ego at Lever, especially at the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They do something called a Career Trajectory interview which is a 3-hour interview where they dig into your background going all the way back to highschool. It really shows that they care about you beyond your technical chops and direct experience. They care about your potential.
