What do you like best about the leadership team?

They consider themselves part of the team and encourage ideas to come from anyone. They are approachable and equally respect the team. They are supportive and sincerely walk their talk.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have so much fun with each other, and we really do support and offer to help. People have a full plates but you are always given the option to reprioritize and take things off your plate.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They evaluate compensation packages at least twice a year to make sure our comp plans are aligned with industry changes. They are truly fair when hiring an external as to make sure their comp plan aligns with people already in a similar role.
