I actually started at Lever while remote but have never felt such a welcoming connection from just day 1! While most companies claim they support DEI initiatives, DEI is part of every operational aspect of Lever and it's apparent even in the interview process that it's prioritized here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so collaborative, I feel so lucky. Everyone is here to support each other and we all want each other to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love Lever's employee resource groups (ERGs). I feel as though there's a smaller way to connect with people with similar interests/abilities as yourself and helps you feel even more included from day 1.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they allow us to "say no" to things, and they really value each employee as the expert they are in whatever they were hired/brought in to do or have heightened skills in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is that it is unique to every employee and their situation. They really strive for inclusivity and understand everyone's various needs, and wants to support us all in the best way possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to tell the Lever story, every day. We have so many things that we support our customers in, support candidates with, and do internally that it's fascinating to hear everyone's backgrounds and how we've gotten to where we are today/where our customers are today.
