Worst corporate leadership in the industry. I wouldn’t be surprised if Levy doesn’t exist in 5 years

Company pays below market rate, and removed bonus from managers as a cost cutting measure. When 80+ hour workweeks are the norm the pay rate is unreasonable
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone in the office is unhappy and overworked. In the past year, 75% of our properties management quit due to the toxic culture propagated by Chicago based leadership
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs to actually follow its mission statement and statements regarding the “family” culture - all of which is simply marketing lies designed to convince perspective employees that Levy is a better company than it really is
