The interview process has changed quite a bit since I was hired, but I appreciated the transparent communication and the speed at which the offer was made.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the opportunity to work with world-class subject matter experts, crafting free education and resources for public safeyt personnel, even if they aren't customers. This is very satisfying and meaningful work and I appreciate the company's investment in thought leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Through town halls and video chats, the leadership team keeps us up to date and shares what they can. Our CEO is positive, genuine and in touch with what's going on. Most of the time, senior leadership has the right level of involvement, not too much or too little.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our manager is an excellent communicator and simply the best person I've met at being both supportive and challenging us to do things new or better. She has also structured our team to allow us to draw on our areas of expertise. Our team gets along great; no one hesitates to jump in to help.
