Personally, I like that there are certain measures in place to interview here. It draws quality people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can honestly say everyone on my team gives 100%. I'm surrounded by professional people who are real team players.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am proud of what I do. I am proud to serve our clientele. I am grateful to be supported by the organization to do my best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I telecommute, but there is a lot of support, fun activities and if you're in the local office, some fun gatherings. Though my supervisor makes efforts for our team to have virtual social gatherings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has never been so strong. I feel we're at a point where each one not only brings unique value to their division, all are genuinely interested in the client and employee experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In truth, benefits could be a little better on how they extend to the spouse /children, but primary benefits are great. And like I said, as we grow, so do the benefits. We got pet insurance this year! We don't currently have stock options.
