They only care about making money.. they push people to the max while other don't have to do anything and pay them more.. they make empty promises and tell you what you want to hear and never do what they say.. bonuses yeah right unless you work in office or high up.. they don't care about hard work

It's pretty basic so not a lot to look forward to..

Communication..and working together not just pushing work off to next shift..

Better attitude and graduate.. show they care help there employees not just themselves
