Taxing and unstimulating at best. Work doesn’t maximize my skills and my feedback is not considered.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was short. One interview with all managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If they paid closer to industry standard and paid women and men equally.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Low performers are not coached or corrected. They continue to make mistakes and nothing is done about it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Employees need to be treated like adults and managers need to do something with the feedback their employees provide.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognizing that their workforce can’t be tied to specific geographic locations if they want to recruit and retain talented employees. They allow tenured, knowledgeable people to leave because they can’t move.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Sales sells solutions that are not available or are not as sold. Weak managers who were able to schmooze their way into a job with Mitel got kept and keep pushing their ineffective ideas or do nothing at all
