Is not commensurate with all the work I do. My boss knows nothing about my job, became boss because he was favored by leader. The great thing is that they gives me credit for all the work I do for him whereas the leader who appointed this boss (my former boss took the credit
I just wish we got paid better. I love my job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company will hire anyone but because of the low salary they get the bottom of the barrel and that makes working together difficult
They need to learn to talk with team
They need to learn skills such as being on time and doing the job instead of memorizing the union book
