Compared to other executive teams I've worked with in the past, our executive team is especially genuine, thoughtful in action, humble, and appreciative.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is very comprehensive with a great salary, bonus, equity, and benefit program. I have also never seen another series B company have a 401k match which is fantastic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very positive and optimistic in their daily work. This makes it easy to always "assume good intentions" which is especially important in hybrid / remote working arrangements.
