Paid largely under-market for my role and this seems to be consistent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honesty would be a great place to start. Allowing people to actually have opinions - we don't live in a dictatorship, stop acting as we do.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A New leader. I spend most of my time doing one priority only for it to change the next month or find out someone else is doing the same thing.

The environment is heavily political, intellectually dishonest, and much of who is left is very indifferent about their jobs/future growth. Anyone who was really driven has since left the company.
