The coworkers are efficient and dont think twice about getting a job done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Dont allow even joking rude comments they help no one. They arent typically funny either.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I assume they are alright i had no need for anything but 401k which was alright.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are the best part of my day though some of them are quite hostile.
What did you like most about the interview process?
He let me lay out my case for why i am the best fit i just didn't realize the low standards for "right fit"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing their time in an efficient manner it should never take 10-20 minutes to go and ask the client if they want the air filters replaced. Much less that being the norm.
