The job is literally a lie. They make it seem all nice and easy but they dont really explain anything of their organization little alone the fact this company fired me because i didnt have a reasonable understanding of why i called off work. I told them i had all the documents if needed. Its cruel!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This entire service department is slow, unsteady, lazy, hardly interacting with their customers, the service manager takes no consideration into any of that and the gm shows now action of making it better!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Theres no organization with this company as to how they cooperate. They expect you to always be on the move even if you have no work at all. Their cleaniness is terrible, one look of the mess they have will make you sick to their stomach. Chris is the manager and he can’t even take care of his sho
