It's constant problems and obstacles created by other employees and supervisor positions to irritate and cause obstacles for other employees! And my spineless manager does nothing about it

There litterally isnt any at this point

Wasnt much of an interview
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of them do nothing but try to cause problems for others and nothing is done about it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management is terrible there's no proof for any of the accusations and everything is hearsay yet people still get reprimanded for doing what they were before told to do
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be a leader ship team to begin with somebody that actually has their head in the game and isn't just listening to hearsay and using faulty GPS computer data against people!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't even seem to go to work every day and do my job without somebody messing with me I'm doing exactly what I'm told yet I'm still getting warnings and having to do paperwork and meetings for stuff that I was told to do but now they're saying it's wrong
