Everyone here is out to increase their knowledge of motor vehicles. Communication throughout the team is outstanding

The leadership team has to get better at setting standards to what is expected of our service and parts teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our teams similar ages allow for familiar small talk topics. The open dialogue between everyone allows for an increased access to various points of view.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I accepted the longer schedules and studied the required courses to achieve certifications status and have not received praise or pay increase.
