We work very hard in the shop , and try to keep the customers happy , so they can keep on coming back to the dealership.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Equipment needs to be updated and fixed , and us lube techs needs to go back hourly so that we can make our ends meet . It's really expensive to live here in Honolulu , Hi. Can't even pay for my mortgage and maintenance fee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I was getting paid hourly , which was good for me so that I could pay my Bills and mortgage . But all of a sudden the service manager put us lube techs at flat rate. I struggling right now , and I'm a home owner . And all I ask the service manager is to put us back hourly.
