The relaxed environment and meeting my current supervisor, who is wonderful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating changes and revisions to departments. Almost no communication with mid level employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After being with the company for multiple years, and working at the headquarters I am paid barely a living wage. I am overworked and extremely underpaid, treated like a cog in a machine instead of a valued hard working employee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay employees fairly. I have a college degree in the field I am working in. I have worked at the headquarters of a Fortune 500 company for over 3 years and barely make $38k a year. That is not a livable wage.
