Coworks need more managerial support, or manager who is capable.
People at least get a paycheck. All the other benefits are extremely superfluous given the amount of work.
Most roles are dead end roles. Nepotism is expected to some degree, but has started causing process issues in corporate.
Need full fledged job descriptions. Most are not very specific. Don't tell employees about benefits if you don't actually provide them.
Compensation was low compared to similar areas and roles. Work was done very inefficiently which made my work feel like a waste of time. Very little support in growing professionally
Leading corporate managers to effectievly lead their teams. Lots of inefficient processes and lack of desire to be more technically skilled to more efficiently work. The company seems to be doing well but corporate does not seem to benefit at all. Everyone seems mad at management all the time.
