Being treated with dignity and respect, something Lithia is extremely bad at.

They are so isolated from the rest of the company. Connect with the employees and departments, listen, show some human compassion.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They work extremely hard under constant tight deadlines, and never receive thanks or acknowledgement. They just grind away until they all inevitably quit.
