Cold, ruthless, uncaring, cutthroat corporate America environment. Lithia does not care about its people or vendors. The executives sit on the top floor in glass offices completely removed from the peasants pushing papers below them. I have seen loyal employees of over 25 years fired to save costs.

Nothing positive, it's a hell hole.

Being treated with dignity and respect, something Lithia is extremely bad at.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are so isolated from the rest of the company. Connect with the employees and departments, listen, show some human compassion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work extremely hard under constant tight deadlines, and never receive thanks or acknowledgement. They just grind away until they all inevitably quit.
