They all bring a variety of experience to the table and they are all willing to work with you/help you in an area where you might need more support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is growing so there's a lot of exposure to new and exciting opportunities. The culture matches the pioneering spirit of the company, everyone is ready to get hands on in support of the growth and to learn from each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay is out of line with the local cost of living as well as the job title on the market across the board. The 401k match is awful, and the time off offered is sub par (you have to use vacation for sick days, which is an incentive to go to work sick).
