Mr. Liam Thornton serves as Executive Vice President at Live Nation Entertainment. Mr. Thornton serves as Managing Director of Investment & Development at Langley Investment Properties, Inc. Mr. Thornton served as Senior Vice President of Development of House of Blues Entertainment, LLC until February 2007. Mr. Thornton was directs the domestic and international expansion of the House of Blues club venues and House of Blues concert venues (HOB Entertainment, Inc. acquired Universal Concerts in August of 1999.). House of Blues has an aggressive venue expansion strategy for both their club and concerts business and Liam has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, market research, site selection, lease negotiations, development feasibility, site planning, programming, design and construction required to successfully execute this strategy. He has both breadth and depth of real estate investment and development experience with functional ability in the areas of strategic planning, investment analysis, project finance, market research, land acquisition, entitlement and project management. Mr. Thornton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University's School of Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) School of Architecture and Planning (Center for Real Estate).
