I feel valued! But a more liveable wage would be nice

If i was scheduled the quanity of hours i was promised when hired or not restricted to part t at all

Hr dept is not comparable with positions at other companies.

I get zero benefits, just hourly pay, come do my job go home, I go Above and beyond but nobody except my 2 Supervisors notice it, GM, etc they don't care.....

I love my team. We are all in this for the same reason. We love our jobs and the relationships we make with touring bands and fans alike. It's so defeating when a big company takes over and ruins that for everyone.
