The diversity and teamwork some days.

I love my team. We are all in this for the same reason. We love our jobs and the relationships we make with touring bands and fans alike. It's so defeating when a big company takes over and ruins that for everyone.

again I am new but the people I have worked with so far were kind smart and patient as well as welcoming.

They need to actually clean at the end of the shift

Everytnig needs to be improved.

I mean I do not have enough paper to write down all the stuff that needs to be changed

Actually coming to work and be available 24/7 like I am expected to be.
