At the time, I left the interview feeling great! All the promises and expectations were amazing. But that all turned out to be a lie.

Not really, I think we are only now understanding the roles and functions of the position, for which we need to bring in more qualified people.

ask more questions but paying basic wage they struggle to find people anyway
