We all work together and get along as one family.

Almost everything, seriously. Especially their people skills, communication, compassion, understanding. Their attitudes, the way they treat people with disrespect. There needs to be some changes in management.

Transparency & genuine interest in growth & development of each individual in their team, not just favored employees, and transparency on pay increases and diversity hiring. It shouldn't be lip service, but actual follow-through. Goals should also be a real year-long plan, if not set it, forget it
