Live Nation Entertainment Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I enjoy being apart of our guests Live experience - Plus I get to see the shows as well!

that i can save lore and take care of my family whenbi need too

i would say it is more than fair

Review from Operations Dept

It's a decent place to be

We feel valued for the care we put into our jobs.

Review from Operations Dept

Bonuses around the holidays really helps

401k matching and health insurance

I am part time but they offer benefits

I am a part-time employee so I do not have any

Medical plan allows you to reimbutse out of pocket expenses

Review from Engineering Dept

HEalth benefits and maternity leave package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If the risk of the position was valued more.

I feel valued! But a more liveable wage would be nice

If i was scheduled the quanity of hours i was promised when hired or not restricted to part t at all

Review from Operations Dept

Hr dept is not comparable with positions at other companies.

I get zero benefits, just hourly pay, come do my job go home, I go Above and beyond but nobody except my 2 Supervisors notice it, GM, etc they don't care.....

Review from Operations Dept

Competitive pay with other companies

All of the comp package

stock options for regular employees and hire pay for supervisor n up

Comparable salary growth based on merit in work performance and seniority.

I was not even aware of my pay rate when I started and don't receive any of the benefits you just listed

Review from Operations Dept

A pay raise that's not mandated by the county.

well I am a part time employee currently... so there's that.. no benefits etc... so it would be nice to also somehow get some more cushiony compensation.

Compensation is disparate between newly hired and tenured employees - long time employees payed less than new hires; women paid less than men

13 years and only make 14.50 hr

I work 80 hours a week with no time off while other people work from home and combined dont work even 40 hours.

I have to start as a part time employee. That within itself limits me to a lot of benefits, including holiday pay. I know I need to prove myself first, but if I am truly family, treat me like family!

Review from Operations Dept

The pay for a security guard is $10 an hour and for guest services it is $8 an hour. We are the main people securing the facility and the face for the customers. We should be paid more for this service.

Review from Customer Support Dept

they pay basic wage for unsociable hours

Review from Customer Support Dept

The experience level I have and demonstrate is paid at the same level as folks coming in who have never worked an event before.

Review from Operations Dept

Executives and management receive better value added benefits. Hourly fulltime must get a PT job if they want to dip into health, 401k, but stock options. Wed b making a couple dollars an hour if we paid into them
