Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the are both approachable and supportive which historically has not been the case for me.
They are very aproachable and alway available
it is very good. no doubt
Leadership team decided to freeze employee salaries for the entirety of FY2020 (March - Apr 2021) but they decided to take huge bonus payouts during the pandemic. Not a good look.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its the best in the industry
Salary, stock hasnt gone far
I think the benefits are very good and the work life balance is great. I also like the people I work with which helps a lot!
Bonuses and the ability to work from home
I think everything is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not at market rate or competitive.
would be great if Friday work days off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative and supportive and at the best enjoyable
Smart problem solvers that are nice
I work with smart warm and passionate people. I can always expect to feel a little better after interacting with them.
The team is willing to jump in an always help solve the problem

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The level of respect. At LiveRamp your time is respected. You opinion is respected and your expertise is respected. They really try to empower us to solve our problems and get the work done how we best see it!

What did you like most about the interview process?
the process was straight forward and efficient I didn't have to go through 5 rounds to figure out if it was a fit.
It was very fast. Responses were received within days
How seamless the process was
i liked that there was a group aspect
very steamlined, the interviewing team ensured a smooth process and that I felt at home while I was on-site
