What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the are both approachable and supportive which historically has not been the case for me.
They are very aproachable and alway available
it is very good. no doubt
Leadership team decided to freeze employee salaries for the entirety of FY2020 (March - Apr 2021) but they decided to take huge bonus payouts during the pandemic. Not a good look.
Transparency, open lines of communications
Transparency, provides opportunities to all, and open to listening
Decision making and customer focus
they are awesome and there is nothing they could do to improve anything at all
Transparency, open door, always available and open minded
Have a vision even if it's not always clear.
