Lob has a great deal of hiring issues so they'll hire anyone now. Those who are left, are unhappy. Turn over rate is over 50%
New leadership, new policies, and inclusion not just diversity for vanity metrics
They need to value opinions and make real changes based on employee feedback. If internal engagement surveys in certain departments suggest below 20% satisfaction rating, then make a change.
