We tip out to many people when most of the time we busting all our tables and still tipping busers and host with our 2.15 hr barely making it when they should be payed hourly by the company
There was ALWAYS more money under the table than on the table. I had to nickel and dime for every raise (thankfully I was good at it!) but the "perks" were harder to come by. PTO, sick days, stock options all kept for execs.

Yes!!! I work to the best of my ability and at other jobs I was appreciated!! Here, management is too busy with there significant others, drinking, and smoking to care about the guest.

I just feel I deserve more than what I getting after 7ish years working for this company.
The company can't do anything at this point
Raises IF they give them are laughable, insurance just keeps getting worse, no one and I mean no one cares about the people below them on the food chain
A company that treats its employees fairly. A company that provides benefits that are worth something. A company that compensated the people who actually do the work. Upper management has NO IDEA what goes on.

Better base pay for wait staff and paid holidays

Unreal projections and doctored numbers done all the time. No bonus even though worked in a $65K+ a week restaurant. Ridiculous.

Waitressing is a highly active job & deserves more than $2.13 an hour, especially when most people don't tip.
