I would say Health coverage

the pay is kind of ok.

All of the above satisfaction

Vacation and 401k matching quarterly

Unknown and wasnt there long enough to comment

Review from Customer Success Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Be able to go back to work an show the owner that I got what I takes to change the place around I k ow how to treat my workers an listen to them an I k ow how to run a crew

More money and allowed overtime

well for one when there was a promotion available for a kitchen manager. I have 25 years experience in the kitchen and restaurant business and I've been teaching manager for many many years of other restaurants and when the opportunity became available at 22-year-old girl was given the job just bec

We tip out to many people when most of the time we busting all our tables and still tipping busers and host with our 2.15 hr barely making it when they should be payed hourly by the company

There was ALWAYS more money under the table than on the table. I had to nickel and dime for every raise (thankfully I was good at it!) but the "perks" were harder to come by. PTO, sick days, stock options all kept for execs.

Yes i do. I have worked over 20 years in this industry and this a hostile environment

Yes!!! I work to the best of my ability and at other jobs I was appreciated!! Here, management is too busy with there significant others, drinking, and smoking to care about the guest.

because he is always rude and blames me for things when im new

I just feel I deserve more than what I getting after 7ish years working for this company.

The company can't do anything at this point

Raises IF they give them are laughable, insurance just keeps getting worse, no one and I mean no one cares about the people below them on the food chain

A company that treats its employees fairly. A company that provides benefits that are worth something. A company that compensated the people who actually do the work. Upper management has NO IDEA what goes on.

Review from Operations Dept

I would like my last paycheck.

Review from Sales Dept

Yes very they make us clock out early while still on the clock show no appreciation or compassion.

Review from Sales Dept

A dollar raise every year

Review from Operations Dept

Better base pay for wait staff and paid holidays

Review from Operations Dept

Unreal projections and doctored numbers done all the time. No bonus even though worked in a $65K+ a week restaurant. Ridiculous.

Review from Operations Dept

Waitressing is a highly active job & deserves more than $2.13 an hour, especially when most people don't tip.
