Overall, toxic environment to work in. Management has poor communication and is very manipulative. Exploits minors and employees in general. Pay is inconsistent. Keeps highschoolers past midnight to help close.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
NEW MANAGEMENT!!! If i could name names i would, but all of the managers are toxic and will only do things that benefit them.
