What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Theres always drama in the kitchen and that affects rhe quality of the food and how fast its coming out. Some kitchen guys including the KM actively mess up orders oit of spite
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that i was able to get into the interview process quickly. But its an automatic interview selection so the managers dont even know that they have an inteeview scheduled and the interviewee ends up sitting there for over 30 min waing for a manager to come. A lot of people end up leaving
