I would not recommend this company at all. Bad experience all around, even found out that it rehired team members that would steal product back and treated guest badly.

New management that are bold, responsible and hands on.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All the lies and promises that came crumbling down.

No meetings where allowed since there was no budget allocated for this.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To follow it....Culture is structured but not followed from high corporate all the way to the dish operator.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unreal projections and doctored numbers done all the time. No bonus even though worked in a $65K+ a week restaurant. Ridiculous.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Truly being a solution to all the resource problems and needs of the locations. Active supervision of incompetent higher management that are not getting results due to poor execution.
