I love my guests but do not like the management at all.

Whole new management and kitchen staff.

We employees work together regardless of the horrible management team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to speak to all three managers before being hired.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The kitchen is lazy is not well trained and we front of the house servers suffer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes very they make us clock out early while still on the clock show no appreciation or compassion.
