Long hours no raises three years out of seven years. Terrible DM the first four years then we got a great DM Ron Brzycki. One female manager slept with five line cooks and the GM. She smoked dope with the employees, she fell asleep in a booth, GM now is the old DM guess how things run.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises IF they give them are laughable, insurance just keeps getting worse, no one and I mean no one cares about the people below them on the food chain
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers who come only come for the discount food. They could hire the corporate managers from Texas Roadhouse. Stop using cheap food ( beef, fish) company can’t buy the cheapest cuts of meat and expect the customers to not complain about tough bee
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kitchen staff and a few of the FOH were positive and fun to work with the managers of the kitchen worked extra hard and were helpful the FOH female manager was always yelling at the staff and sleeping with whoever, the corporate leaders don’t know the meaning of the word positi

Old DM was a train wreck on the Titanic. Then we had a fantastic one……. Then they hired a south end of a north bound mule. Culinary team watches food network to get their ideas unless they are reading southern living. There is a reason the company has gone Bankrupt t
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The DM who hired us was so dumb it was unbelievable. He hired us because his stores were completely understaffed he just got lucky that we were good and wanted to work with each other. The GM got one manager hired because she was sleeping with him. Along with the kitchen staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kitchen staff was amazing. KM and Clarence we fantastic to work with. Kitchen staff was fun, hard working and cared. Many of them also got benefits from the female service manager I guess you could say manager with benefits. GM that became DM was great. The other DMs were terrible
