They treet us like people not just oaychecks
Communication and loyal perks, springing into action when customers are rolling in
Most of them are very much like me. Same attitude and similar lifestyles.
They can be nice and help you deal with rude customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I dont have one so cant answer
401k insurance and the pay above minimum wage

The team runs effectively if you have effective management. Break the cycles.
We worked as a team and helped each other out.
