What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, the people (co-workers) make things bearable. I feel like some supervisors need to take care of their teams more than just worrying about themselves. Most supervisors have no idea how to be leaders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lonza is fantastic about putting out a good product for customers. They however have no idea on how to manage employees morale and retain quality employees. There have been a lot of great workers leaving the company due to poor management.
