What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get incredible benefits including paid health, dental and vision insurance, an annual international retreat (we've been to Paris and Barcelona so far), commuter subsidization, unlimited pto and sick leave and more.
It's at the high end of the industry.
The compensation is very fair and the benefits included make such a difference; our paid healthcare makes a huge difference. Lose It! focuses on providing employees with work life balance and incredible/hard to find benefits

the process was very transparent- none of the negotiation power struggle that i've dealt with at other companies

It feels like a big family where everyone is working towards a common goal and feels really passionate about the product.

Candidates work on solving a real problem so employees get a sense of what it would be like to work with them
everyone was welcoming and informative, but the process itself was challenging in a way that made you want the job even more!

I have the ability to solve really interesting problems every day. I'm able to prioritize my list of deliverables and put in the time required to deliver high quality work.
