Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is the mental health services that are offered.

Having the health coverage is the best part of my benefits and helps me tremendously.

Medical benefits are hard to beat and the heart of loves program is nice

Insurance, vacation time, sick leave

Everything is great about it

The whole thing I love it

Pay rate is the best.

The benefits and the pay are good

I have not acquired that

I do not think I have one

Don't have a word to describe it but it's good

I get great benifits that doesnt cost me very much

Its all womderful thank u

Have not really looked at it yet

Getting paid weekly is nice. The overtime pay is usually great. I'm looking forward to receiving my first quarterly bonus.

All around good package, other rhat some long hours frequently, its bery good.

The benefits and the paid vacation days.

I feel like there are good incentives at times but they are not always followed through on

Don't get a compensation package

While I think I should be paid more (I do think that for all positions at this point, and I *accept* currently what I get), I love that even when I started as PT, I could get benefits. Now that I'm FT, I find that the benefit packages are reasonable, and compensation so-so. There can be improvement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comaratively for the area, we are paid well. However, knowlegdge and personal invenstment in growth and learning, as well as hands on expeience dont always seem to matter.

It's too easy to lose or be denied a bonus.

I have three years plus experience with management and they started me out at 13$ vs the 14 you START no experience at our food section Arby's

Because I know jump start and other places who don't do a 10th of the work we do start at 15 and hour I'm still making less then 13 and never got my bounes

Favortism is a huge issue at my store only if people knew about the issues that are kept in the dark.

Better pay and a cost of living raise

Im under paid for working multiple positions in the span of eight hours.

To pay better for making people work multiple positions although being hored to only work one

I am over worked and under paid to be working multiple different area's of the store. I was hired as maintenance yet i am forced to stock coolers and cashier when i need to be cleaning and maintaining the store.

Proper training, support and resources

Yes. My job back. And wage i was promised.

Getting my job back in a hard worker I want to work. The black balling me for discrimination on my health conditions and what my attorney told me to tell me Mr.Kincaid and wrongfully fired me and everyone there is flabbergasted as much as I am about being black balled. Many workers quit bc of him

Personal and Sick days earned would be very helpful. Plus better compensation is very much needed.

I come to work on time everyday I'm scheduled. I have to do other people work as well as mine. I don't get any appreciation at all. I have worked understaffed til I'm tired.

I'm a head cook and I work 9 hrs a day n bin their for a year so I know what to do and complete so I can clock out but I worked overtime 3 or 4 times and manager said ide get paid n I never did they tell at me and order me to do everything by yelling at me or forcing me they reduced my hours

The team overall lacks gratitude, the assistant manager and general manager never have time for me. There is absolutely no support within the work place. The assistant manager always has negative comments. On our shift we are constantly doing the work of the shift before us and not being compensated

We do a lot of work and i dont feel the pay/benefits reflect that we are valued

I feel like i should be getting paid more because other places pay more

I believe truck stops should pay more then regular gas stations because you work twice as harder than A regular gas station all shift leads should start out making $15 an hour at least they are required to do more they should be paid more ...

More pay might bring ppl to want to work for us. 13 an hour is nothing when places around us are paying 15 to 18 just to start. We are short staffed n it's getting harder to even want to stay myself
