What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy spending my shift cleaning the showers and what makes me happy is when the customers constantly make comments about how clean they are or they thank me for doing a good job. I take pride in my work.

The most honest thing is the customers. Knowing my smile and additude made others have a better day knowing someone cares makes me feel great. Learning new things as well working in general

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Theyve lost site of walking the talk of LOVES core values

New management and some kind of system to keep them inline with company policies and beliefs. Cut hours from the ones who just want to stand around talking or on their phones and give them to the ones who want to work.

I think you need to hire managers that Treat Employees fairly and respect the customer's.

They hate our policies , so do employees , most of them dont like us before we meet.

When employees come to you with issues there needs to be resolution. Don't just sweep it under the rug. Good employees are tired of bad management

We need to get our pay adjusted to more , and get rid of the ppl who are lazy and rude...maybe then we would be able to keep employees cause now we are losing them

Dishonest corporate management, low pay and high expectations.

At the end of the day every store is different. No matter where you go there's going to be pros and cons but the way that you communicate is everything. The way that you lead is everything. I have no faith that anyone in my store will be there if I need them.

Staffing and get a leader who cares and understand people. Most of staff are looking for jobs because of her.

Corporate needs to have a sit down talk with Loves Store 61s GM. Or he needs to be let go. He is costing our store business and is very rude to not only his employees but the customers as well.

Showing more appreciation to the people that go above and beyond for the stores

Even perfect communication can be improved. No matter how great you think it is you should always be striving to make it even better. You can't create an amazing team if the team isn't comminicating. Comminication creates great work enviroments and that helps build great work ethic! Just my opinion.
