Comaratively for the area, we are paid well. However, knowlegdge and personal invenstment in growth and learning, as well as hands on expeience dont always seem to matter.

Because I know jump start and other places who don't do a 10th of the work we do start at 15 and hour I'm still making less then 13 and never got my bounes
Favortism is a huge issue at my store only if people knew about the issues that are kept in the dark.
Teamwork does not exist at this store and that is a major problem. Communication within the shift employees and between the different shifts does not happen and that is hard to deal with.
Most of my coworkers don't want to actually work, which makes it more difficult for the few of us that do work. Teamwork is also lacking in most employees.
Stop sitting around talking about people and just do their jobs.

More options for job opportunities (part-time positions) and the ability to work from home for everyone. Some people work from home at this company, and most people are in the office 5 days a week because they have to. It's common for inequality at this company when it comes to where people work.
Pick our RGM to be like the dm and higher ups
There needs to be better communication from the top all the way down to the part time employees. The GM need to start giving recognition out to employees that actually do their job and start making it a place everyone wants to work at everyday agen

They need to be more punctual with the interviews if they know they have one that is supposed to be in they should be ready for it and not make that person wait for them to be ready. They should try to have a second manager available same day for a second interview vs asking them to come back
I was interviewed with one person but hired with another who didnt honor anything that was discussed at interview

Theyve lost site of walking the talk of LOVES core values
New management and some kind of system to keep them inline with company policies and beliefs. Cut hours from the ones who just want to stand around talking or on their phones and give them to the ones who want to work.
I think you need to hire managers that Treat Employees fairly and respect the customer's.
They hate our policies , so do employees , most of them dont like us before we meet.

When employees come to you with issues there needs to be resolution. Don't just sweep it under the rug. Good employees are tired of bad management
Showing more appreciation to the people that go above and beyond for the stores
Even perfect communication can be improved. No matter how great you think it is you should always be striving to make it even better. You can't create an amazing team if the team isn't comminicating. Comminication creates great work enviroments and that helps build great work ethic! Just my opinion.
