Lowe's Home Improvement Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is a healthy healthy target bonus.

Review from HR Dept

The bonus plan and the stock purchase plan

Review from HR Dept

New bonus plan has led to very strong payouts.

Review from HR Dept

Quarterly bonus and fair wages

Review from Sales Dept

Helps take the worry out of having enough to pay bills.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The benefits package that is given

Review from Sales Dept

Lowe's offers mental health benefits as well as your standard health care. The mental health ones are amazing bc you can use them for yourself or any member of your family.

401K Match up to a percentage

Review from Sales Dept

Very competitive salary compared to market. ESPP is also a huge boon.

Review from HR Dept

Salary, Health Care, Gym Fee, reimbursement

Review from Operations Dept

The healthcare options and bonuses are great.

Review from IT Dept

Review from Sales Dept

It takes care of a lot

It is in line or above the country average for my position

Review from Operations Dept

its cost effective and doesn't take a huge chunkout of my paycheck

Review from Sales Dept

Bonuses are fair. It would be nice if they were larger.

Review from Design Dept

They were fair and empathetic.

Review from Sales Dept

Medical Insurance is good for my family. Hopefully our Health Insurance in America will be taking out of the hands of Employers soon.

the dental insurance is very good

Review from Sales Dept

i just have to check it every few months

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

WATCHED AS UNEXPERIENCED PERSONS WERE HIRED FOR SPECIALIST POSITIONS THAT I APPLIED FOR BEING A 25+ YR CONTRACTOR I HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS LOWES DOES NOT CARE

Review from Sales Dept

Better pay, hours, more coworkers to share the crazy workload.

Review from Sales Dept

The in store associates position is highly physical and sales focused. Therefore pay should reflect the effort and hardwork to service customers and selling product. 13 dollars per hour is not nearly enough.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't like that my insurance has a high deductible.

The hard back breaking work that I do at a fast pace is a job that should be a higher wage.

Review from Operations Dept

I just feel that having over 25 years experience I deserve more than a guy who has been at it for a year

Stock benefits to Directors and above are good, but don't vest for 3 years. Salaries are lower than all other jobs in the area. Bonuses are not achievable.

There is no compensation that is worth the treatment and degradation. They expect you to forget about your family. There is absolutely no work/home balance allowed.

Review from Sales Dept

For my role, 15-20% below competive wage. Company needs to focus on comp analysis. Struggling to make ends meet because of the positive work environment but not sure how long I can hold out.

Review from HR Dept

they talk down to everyone and pay us lemons

Review from Customer Support Dept

I do the work of people above me. Competitive pay would be nice

Review from Operations Dept

Undervalue, salaries are low and no base on experience

Review from HR Dept

the benefits are not available for those who are seasonal

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would like to feel like I matter

Review from Sales Dept

I go above and beyond and get blamed for other workers mistakes

Review from Sales Dept

Low pay for hard work

Review from Product Dept

I have the background and knowledge for the job.

Review from Admin Dept

Raises every once in awhile

Review from Sales Dept

Dont give these people who just start with no experience more money than people who worked there for years. and give them a better raise im not gonna work myself to death for a whole year for 20 cents

Review from Customer Support Dept

Poor leadership! Sets the stage for others to follow. Operating out of fear, poor business acumen, scare tactics and belittling your employees will not produce the results every good business needs
