Poor leadership! Starting from the top... SM has poor leadership skills, ASM's operate out of fear! Dept floor Supervisors are unqualified and overwhelmed! There will be a mass exodus if things don't turn around. Ex-employees are boycotting Lowe's, that's how bad it is for the rank-and-file!
