Too many to list. There are many plush benefits. Ranging from monthly workout stipends to employee discount.

We have a monthly allowance for fitness activities, and our benefits package is very generous towards mental health.

It is very difficult to get a raise or to be paid fairly on the product team (merchandise/planning). Most other teams are newer and pay fair starting wages and increase based on merit. If you are looking to work here to make fair pay do not join the merchandise/planning teams.
