Mr. David D. Cole serves as the Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations Support and Controller at Qwest Communications International Inc. Mr. Cole serves as Controller, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Qwest Corp., and served as its Senior Vice President. He has been Senior Vice President of Operations Support and Controller at CenturyLink Technology Solutions (SAVVIS, Inc.) since July 15, 2011. He has been Executive Vice President of Operations Support at CenturyLink, Inc. since May 2013 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Cole is responsible for CenturyTel's accounting, end-user and carrier billing, revenue assurance and financial planning. During his tenure at CenturyTel, his responsibilities have included overseeing the entire wireless operations including finance, sales, marketing, regional operations, engineering and partnership relations; customer billing; negotiating intercarrier roamer agreements; directing all human resources activities; directing and coordinating acquisitions; directing all financial and accounting activities for CenturyTel's wireless operations; and directing CenturyTel's regulatory affairs. He has been Controller of CenturyLink Inc. since April 1, 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations Support at CenturyLink, Inc. from 1999 to April 2011. Mr. Cole served as Vice-President of Century Cellunet Of Southern Michigan Inc. Mr. Cole served as a Director of Regulatory Affairs of Centurytel Inc. since 1982, Director of Corporate Planning since 1987, Vice President and Controller since 1989, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Wireless Group since 1990 and President of Wireless Group from October 1996 to October 1998. He serves as a Director of Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. He served as a Board of Directors/Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA).
